What is HOTA

The Hand of the Almighty, commonly referred to as the Hand, or HOTA, is an insurgent organization made to enforce order through chaos, and preserve humankind.

We do not exist to preserve their systems. We exist to preserve freedom.

You may encounter beings that should not exist. Phenomena that cannot be explained. That's fine. We have seen them before. We will kill them all the same.
